These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Arcade Profit Share (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the venue or business owner (“you,” “your,” or the “Venue”) regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of amusement equipment. By requesting our services and allowing the installation of our equipment, you agree to these Terms.
Arcade Profit Share agrees to supply, install, and maintain premium amusement machines (the “Equipment”) at your designated commercial premises at zero upfront cost. We operate on a transparent, risk-free profit-share model.
To ensure the successful operation of the Equipment, the Venue agrees to:
Provide a suitable, safe, and visible floor space for the machines.
Supply standard UK electrical power required for the continuous operation of the Equipment.
Take reasonable steps to prevent vandalism, theft, or deliberate damage to the Equipment during venue operating hours.
Notify us immediately of any faults, damages, or operational issues.
All Equipment installed at your venue remains the sole and exclusive property of Arcade Profit Share at all times. The Venue has no right, title, or interest in the machines, nor the right to sell, move, modify, or tamper with the Equipment without our prior written consent.
Revenue Split: All gross revenue generated by the Equipment (cash and cashless) will be divided according to the agreed-upon percentage split discussed prior to installation.
Collections: Our authorized personnel will conduct regular, secure cash collections and digital audits. Both parties will receive a transparent breakdown of earnings during each collection cycle.
Taxes & Licenses: Where applicable by UK law, specific machine duty or licensing costs will be factored into the gross revenue before the profit split is applied.
Arcade Profit Share is fully responsible for all routine maintenance, rapid-response repairs, and plush toy/prize restocking. If a machine cannot be repaired on-site, we will replace it as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption to your revenue stream. We reserve the right to rotate or remove machines if they are underperforming or if the Venue fails to meet its obligations.
While we strive to ensure all equipment operates safely and smoothly, Arcade Profit Share shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of the use, operation, or temporary downtime of the Equipment.
This agreement operates on a flexible basis. Either party may terminate the arrangement by providing a minimum of 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Venue agrees to allow our team full access to the premises during normal business hours to safely disconnect and remove the Equipment.
